Meet & Marry is a short, simple marriage ceremony for couples who want to make it official without a full wedding ceremony.
This is a basic “I do, you do” appointment focused on confirming your intent to marry and signing the marriage license. The process usually takes about 15 minutes and is ideal for couples who want to secure their legal marriage date, complete the paperwork, or keep things simple now and celebrate later.
This option is for the couple only and does not include guests, a personalized ceremony, vows, readings, decorations, or a formal wedding setup.
Option 1: You Come to Me in Franklin
1.) Location: 101 Gillespie Drive, Franklin, TN 37067
Quick Outdoor Meet & Marry — $75
This option takes place at an outdoor spot in my community. We meet briefly, review your Tennessee marriage license and IDs, complete the minimum ceremony requirement, and sign the marriage license.
For this option, you may choose either:
Traditional wording:
I read a short traditional vow-style ceremony, and each of you confirms your intent to marry.Simple intent wording:
I simply ask each of you if you want to marry the other person, you both answer yes, and I pronounce you married.I will take a few photos for you.
2.) Location: 201 Gillespie Drive, Franklin, TN 37067
Sit-Down License Signing — $60
This is the simplest Meet & Marry option. We sit down, review your Tennessee marriage license and IDs, confirm your intent to marry with basic “do you want to marry each other” wording, and sign the marriage license.
This option is designed for couples who only need the legal marriage process completed quickly and simply. No vows, guests, photos, decorations, or formal ceremony elements are included.
This is a quick, no-fuss option for couples who want to make it official without a formal wedding ceremony.
Same simple Meet & Marry format, but at a location you choose.
I Come to You pricing ranges from $95–$150, depending on location, travel distance, and availability.
This option is still for the couple only and is designed for a quick, no-fuss legal marriage ceremony. We meet briefly, review your Tennessee marriage license and IDs, confirm your intent to marry, and sign the marriage license.

Pricing ranges from $149–$275 depending on location, travel distance, time of day, weekend availability, parking, and ceremony details.
Tons of scenic spots (Parthenon lawn, lake edges, gardens). No reservation needed for a tiny, no-setup ceremony; permits are mainly for reserving areas like the Sunken Garden/Rose Arbor or bringing in event gear.
Cumberland Park (Now Officially Wasioto Park)
Sitting right on the edge of downtown,is an easy walk from the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge and overlooks the Cumberland River. You can use the open grassy lawn or the riverside walkway as a backdrop for your ceremony—choose the river, the bridge, or the city skyline behind you.
This park has wide, open lawns and peaceful trail views, which work really well for a small outdoor wedding or elopement. You’ll find several shelters in the park that can be reserved if you’d like a more structured space or a place for guests to sit, but they’re not necessary for a tiny, no-decor, no-setup ceremony.
For many couples, it’s as simple as choosing a quiet spot by the trees or along the trail, meeting there for the vows, and then taking a few photos before heading off to celebrate elsewhere.

Tucked away in Brentwood, Deerwood Arboretum has a peaceful, nature-focused feel that works beautifully for a simple outdoor wedding or elopement. You’ll find walking paths, water views, and plenty of trees and greenery, so it’s easy to step off the main trail and choose a quiet spot that feels tucked into the woods. It’s ideal for a tiny, no-setup ceremony—just the two of you (and maybe a few guests), a short walk, and a sweet “I do” surrounded by nature.
Bicentennial Park sits between 3rd Avenue, North Margin, and the Harpeth River in Franklin, and it works beautifully for a small outdoor wedding or elopement. Once home to the Georgia Boot Factory, it’s now a relaxed community park with a lovely open-air pavilion that can be a natural spot for a short ceremony or a simple gathering with family and friends.
The park’s greenway begins near Margin and 2nd and winds through town to the Franklin Recreation Center, giving you plenty of pretty paths and greenery for photos. There’s also an overlook of the Harpeth River, which can make a sweet backdrop for saying your vows or grabbing a few portraits after your “I do.”
