$45 covers ONE signer and ONE notarial stamp ($25 notarization + $20 technology/time)

For first-time clients, payment is required before the appointment begins. An invoice with a secure payment link will be sent prior to your scheduled meeting.

If your document requires additional notarizations or involves more than one signer, please include those details in the Additional Details box on the booking form. After reviewing the information, I will contact you with an accurate quote.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. 

In order to qualify for an online notarization you must have:

1.) A strong and stable internet or Wi-Fi connection.

2.) A laptop, desktop computer, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone. Please note: A laptop or desktop computer is recommended. A smartphone may also be used, but please remain in one location with a reliable WIFI signal throughout the session. Moving around can interrupt the connection.

3.) A valid, US unexpired driver’s license or passport. Have your smartphone nearby, even if you are joining from a computer.

4.) Access to your email.

Please email me the document(s) that need to be signed/notarized beforehand, in PDF format, so I can tag them for our signatures and my stamp.

This calendar booking feature senses your time zone — book the time you want in your zone. It will tell us the Tennessee Central time automatically.

Don’t sign your document yet. You’ll electronically sign during your online session with the notary.

A firewall on a secure system will often prevent the audiovisual communication necessary during the online session. If you are on a work computer or secure work network (military, hospital, government), you will likely need to move away from that system and use a personal device instead.

** If you are unsure if your document is suitable for remote notarization, please ask the person or organization requiring the notarization if an online remote notarization is acceptable. NO refunds once notarization is completed.

*It is your responsibility to verify that a document notarized online will be accepted. We cannot provide legal advice as to the acceptability of a remote notarization in your individual case.

 Refund Policy

Please be on time for your appointment, or notify us at least 2 hours ahead of time if you need a change. There will be NO refunds for no-shows!

No refunds after notarization is completed.

If the notarization cannot be completed due to identity verification (KBA) failure or technical issues on the signer’s side, only the $25 notarization fee will be refunded. The $20 technology/time fee covers preparation, platform costs, and reserved appointment time and is non-refundable.
